18.05.2007 - 5-th specialized exhibition "SakhalinStroyExpo"

Consol Holding Company under supervision of General Director Vladimir Trofimov took part in 5-th specialized exhibition "SakhalinStroyExpo" from 15 till 17 May, organized in Dom Ofitserov. Stand of HC "Consol" presented activity of specialized companies which are included in group of companies of Consol Holding: Sakhrem-Plus LLC; Sakhlux-Plus Trading House LLC; PSC "Consol Security” which carries out joint cooperation with Group of companies AlFa-inform (Moscow) within the Sakhalin region; OJSC "Sakhalinselkhozautotrans". 

 Within the limits of exhibition the opportunity to acquaint visitors of the stand with perspective projects of the company was presented by us. For example, with the project on construction of housing complex of advanced comfort «SILVER SPRING». Housing complex is supposed to building in prestigious part of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, on the ground area located within Zima area, adjoining to territory of Sakhalin Energy. Total area of building - about 15000 sq.m., including, 3000 sq.m. - social objects. Housing complex «Silver spring»will have all conditions for comfortable living: protected enclosed territory, developed territory near houses, room for day time stay of children and winter garden, basketball and volleyball areas, fitness - center, Beauty salon, chemist's, mini-market, underground garages, open parking, capacious guest parking place, park recreation area with benches, alcoves for barbecue. Park zone will have cascade falls and streamlets, for this reason the housing complex is referred to as «Silver spring».

At official closing of SakhalinStroyExpo exhibition General Director of "Sakhalin international Expocentre» Natalya Solomko has handed over to Deputy General Director of HC «Consol" Sergey Trofimov Letter of thanks “For contribution to development of building complex of Sakhalin region», and also the Diploma «For the most stylish stand».
